FAQs + Shipping

Is your website secure and is my data and payment information safe and encrypted?  

We use digital certificates to establish secure encrypted connection between your browser and our server. This SSL connection protects your sensitive data, such as credit card information and personal information, exchanged during your visits.

In addition BargainLove.Com is certified Level 1, PCI DSS Compliant, which is the highest level of security certification.  This certification signifies additional compliance with standards that protect your data and credit card from breaches and theft.  Our PCI DSS Level 1 Certification validity period is from 3/25/2015 to 3/30/2018.

 

Where is your company located and what currency do you use? 

We are based in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA, and our prices are in US dollars. 

 

Where are your products from?  

We carry American made items, and we also source from a few hand-picked suppliers and artisans globally to bring you unique and quality items at the best price.  

 

How much is shipping? 

Some of our items qualify for free shipping.  Items that qualify for free shipping will have a free shipping designation in the description.  

Most items have a reasonable shipping and handling fee based on the size and weight of the item.  Heavier household goods will have a higher shipping and handling fee.   

 

Can I have a tracking number for my order?

Yes, we do provide ALL our customers with shipping tracking numbers and a website to monitor the shipment of your order(s). 

The shipping tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.   

If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please contact us via our website (http://bargainlove.com), email at support@bargainlove.com, or on Facebook at (facebook.com/bargainlove) and provide us with your order number and name so we can forward you the tracking information. 

 

I am being double charged by Paypal (Or Other form of payment) ? 

In the unlikely event that this happens, it paypal or your credit card companies clear this up after midnight on the day of purchase.  If this does not clear up in 24 hours please use the paypal suggested approach using the help link below:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click My selling tools.
  4. Under 'Getting paid and managing my risk' click Update beside 'Block payments.'
  5. Select Yes or No in the Block Accidental Payments section and click Save.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

This depends on the product being ordered.   

Most items with free shipping may take 2-4 weeks in the U.S. (It may take slightly longer if you are ordering from outside the U.S.) for your order to arrive.

We also provide overnight and 2 day shipping on some of our items that are readily available in the warehouses.  Not all our products can be shipped overnight or in 2 days

 

I ordered 2+ items, but I only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house.  When you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. 

Please check your email to see if you received different shipping tracking numbers.  If the tracking numbers are different, you may receive one item before the next.  Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! :) 

 

Why have I not received any order confirmation details? 

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email incorrectly. 

This may also be because our emails are being filtered by your computer’s security filter. Throughout the order process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you. 

 

What happens when USPS reports delivery when I didn't receive my package?

USPS is in general very reliable and professional. The first course of action is to check with your family and friends, or, if you provided your work address, your company's receptionists or mail desk to see if someone has accepted delivery on your behalf.  

You should also allow a few extra days as the package may be on your local postman or postwoman's hands.  

In the meantime, we recommend you to do the following:

1  Visit your Bargain Love email confirmation to confirm that you entered the correct shipping address.  
2  Call USPS at their toll free number, and tell them you didn't receive your package:

1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777)

Their office hours are as follows:

M-F - 8:00 am - 8:30 pm ET
Sat - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET
Sun/Holidays* - Closed

Please have your tracking number ready.    

What happens if the above fails?  

When USPS reports a package as delivered, it means the order is delivered. If you would like Bargain Love to resend the package, re-shipment fees apply because the original package isn't returned to Bargain Love. Customers are requested to pay 80% of the original order total as re-shipment fees. Again, this only applies to orders that are delivered and not returned to us.

What if my product never arrives? 

This depends on the product ordered and where you're ordering from. Most items will arrive in about 2-4 weeks in the US and about 4-8 weeks internationally.  

If you do not receive your product within those time frames, please contact us so we can check on your order. We're happy to help.   

For international orders, outside the United States, please be aware that there may be different regulations in each country that may require you to check with the local courier or customs office of the country from which you are ordering (we can let you know).  Please contact the local courier and/or customs office if your package does not arrive within 4-8 weeks. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. :)  

  

Are the "FREE" items really free? 

YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00. :)

 

What is your refund policy? 

We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee - which means we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order. We simply ask that you contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order and send the product back to us via USPS 1st Class mail.  

We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. 

 

I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order? 

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can change the shipping address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout. 

 

I see the name Wonderland on some receipts, is this affiliated with BargainLove.Com ?  

BargainLove.Com's parent company is Wonderland, LLC, a Maryland USA based company, so if you see the Wonderland brand name on your paypal or other receipt(s), there is nothing to worry about.
